Grow Your Own Garden

One very interesting read is I-Village’s Green Your Routine Challenge. They feature simple ways for people to green their homes, their beauty and pampering treatments, their wardrobe, and their family.
Like today’s assignment is about starting your own garden… “even if it is a one-vegetable garden”. If you are looking forward to reaching or maintaining a certain weight, becoming a veggie-lover would do wonders. Plus, personally, I think its safer than taking even the best diet pill.
If we only have a spot (I live in a building), I would have grown my own lettuce and tomato.
Yummy.
