The San Sebastian College Recoletos – Manila is having its first Global Warming Symposium on February 11, 2009, Wednesday, at 5pm-7:30pm.
Venue is at the Bar Review Center, 4th Floor, Law Building, San Sebastian College- Recoletos Manila. Guest speaker is Atty. Antonio Oposa, Jr.*

I find it really great that motor companies are at the forefront of good environmental practices, particularly in making sure that the cars or any other automobiles they reproduce emits less and less pollution. They also have CSR programs leaning on the environment.

Here’s calling on everybody to lighten up — particularly on their energy consumption, to save the environment and help cut cost, especially since Meralco announced that come February, rates will increase at PhP 0.0048 centavo per kwh.

So what are the little things we can do at home (and office) to help “lighten up”?
