Lose Weight at the La Mesa EcoPark

18 January 2009 No Comment

For those wanting to go on a diet and have lost count of the diet pills they’ve taken, I suggest you go natural and take a hike at the La Mesa EcoPark instead.

It’s not just communing with nature, it’s a great exercise too! Totally a fun way to bond with friends and family!

Went there on an unplanned trip yesterday (truth is, it’s just a stone-throw away from our place, lucky me!). There are a lot of activities you can do inside the Park. They have paintball (you’d totally lose weight running and hiding so you wont get hit)… then there’s boating, this one we tried (see second picture on top). There are fishes and ducks in the boating area too, and my nephews had fun looking at these animals.

There’s also a rapelling area, near the boating station (see last pic) and the wall climbing area. There’s also a playground for kids and for parents (or guardians) who wanted to “exercise” while following the kiddies around. There are horses too, and some more…

… maintain your ideal weight naturally. Go doubly natural by taking a hike at the La Mesa Ecopark.
