Low Carbon Diet
First got acquainted with the Low Carbon Diet in a lecture by Atty. Ibay of the Manila Observatory.
No, it has nothing to do with top diet pills or making your body slim, but rather, a healthier, “greener” lifestyle option that’s linked to Climate Change. To put it simply, it’s changing your lifestyle so you’d have lower carbon footprint.
There were a lot of simple things people can do on a low carbon diet. Could be as simple as carpooling or making sure your car is properly maintained… or unplugging the charger once the phone’s battery’s all filled up… or recycling tin cans.
So follow the low carbon diet, guys. Simple things can change our future… and now is the time to start.
