Cleaner Air for a Safer Climate

10 June 2009 One Comment

What Would it Take?

Okay, aside from the fact that this is the theme for our on-the-spot painting contest this Saturday for college students (am glad we have a lot of participants already!), this is also a challenge for us to do our share to clean the air.

Come November, it will be ten years since the implementation of the Clean Air Act… so maybe, each of us should ask what we have done to help. Have we stopped smoking? Have we checked our cars to make sure they dont pollute? Have we stopped burning our garbage? Or it could be as simple as having texted from your cellular phones the hotlines for the Sagip Ilog Pasig or the Smoke Belchers off the Road Campaign.

What have you done?
