L-A-H-A-T: Lupa, Araw, Hangin, Ako, Tubig. Lahat magkaugnay.
… this is the motto of Miss Odette Alcantara, one of the country’s staunch environmentalist, and Earth Day Network’s country coordinator. Tita Odette, as she is fondly called by people in the environment circle, died yesterday.
Friends and family will be celebrating her life til October 1. Friends have been calling on each other to “plant a tree for Odette”.
Thank you, Tita Odette, for everything… you will really, really be missed.
