I have a lot of dentist friends and I was wondering if they’ve gotten into the practice of eco-friendly dentistry.
Aside from, of course, the biomedical wastes clinics produce on a daily basis, water is also a key environmental element in the field. There’s an article by the Canadian Dental Association in 2007 stating that “Eco-friendly dentistry” attempts to reduce the industry’s detrimental impact on the environment and promote environmental awareness and sustainability to patients.

Congratulations, Miss Brazil!
Brazil’s Larissa Ramos is this year’s Miss Earth, taking home $20,000, the $100,000-worth crown, and of course, the prestige of traveling the world as ambassadress of Earth and mother nature.
Our candidate, Miss Philippines Sandra Inez Seifert is first runner-up (Miss Air), second is Miss Venezuela Jessica Barboza (Miss Water), and third, Miss Spain Alejandra Echevarria.
