Moringana

28 January 2010 No Comment

Still on trying to be healthy (and at the same time green), I am currently trying this food supplement called Moringana — it’s a natural multi-vitamin, nutritional food powder made from pure moringana oleifera vegetable. We call it malunggay in the Philippines.

It’s on gel capsule form, and though it is written on the box that dosage is one capsule per day, the website says you have to take 2 if you’re an adult. Sick people should take 3 to 5. Of course, as many other food supplements, it doesnt have any therapeutic claims, but the capsule boasts of many of the vitamins we need. Here’s what I got from their website;

“Moringana is made from carefully selected 100% Organic Moringa oleifera leaves. It is a complete MULTIVITAMIN Vegetable – rich in Vitamin A, Calcium, Protein, Essential Amino Acids and Phytonutrients which aid your Immune System. This vegetable also has anti-cancer properties because of its rich Phytonutrient content. ”

This could be another one of those miracle natural drugs… maybe it could even “cure” cancer in all its form — breast, mesothelioma, skin… who knows right?

Anyway, here’s to good health!
