Run for the environment.
Yes, this is another thing you could do to help save the environment. Promote awareness for environmental concerns by joining marathons — not just running, but walking, or even joining bike events like the “tour of the fireflies”.
Running (or walking) is more than just the best fat burner, or a fitness routine. When you run or walk (or ride a bike), you help stop air pollution, which majorly comes from mobile sources like cars and buses. It also saves gas, so it saves energy.

“Unplug to Save”…
This is MERALCO’s campaign for the environment. It is simple, very direct, and it compels people to really “unplug”.
… and it is, indeed, very timely. Especially now that the globe is uniting for climate change. Unplug all unused electrical equipment, and you get to save energy.
At the office, make sure you unplug your computer (and printer) after you use them. Turn off the lights when you go out of the room. At home, same thing — turn off the tv, dvd, or any other appliances when …

… more so today cause it is El Nino season.
Farmlands are getting dried up as we could see in the news. Cagayan, if im not mistaken, is in a state of emergency after their crops have gone all brown. Haay.
