Quezon City Walkways

5 February 2010 No Comment

One of the government projects I really love is the reconstruction of pavements along the walkways. It really pretty-fied (if there is such a term) the streets, but it also made it easier for pedestrians to just walk there.

Maybe it helps that the government offices are all there, so walking to and from there would be a breeze now for people who would wanna avail of some services. I just don’t know what kind of material the tiles (or bricks?) were made of… cause I think it would be better if they made use of the bricks made from garbage — like the ones the government used for the Manila Bay ferry stations.
