Smoking really is not good. Someone close to me is again suffering from respiratory disease and it’s most probably because of second-hand smoke.
She was rushed to the hospital the other night cause she could not breathe. She had a respirator on, or this thing they put over her nose so she could breathe well. Now, she had a ct scan and turned out she has pneumonia.

It’s gong to be the holidays soon, and I am definitely feeling the breeze… Time to celebrate and say thanks to the wonderful year that will be passing, and definitely time to reflect on what is to come.
Of course, the holidays would not be as complete without giving gifts to or sharing some love with friends and family. It may not be as fancy as giving scott kay jewelry or a new car (wow!), but it could very well be spending time together at some nature park, or experiencing adventure …

They say if one wants to be immortalized, one must do either one of these three things — write a book, be part of a film, or plant a tree.
I went tree planting last week, and the experience was harder than I thought. Maybe because things have not been organized as planned, and perhaps, maybe because the location which was given to us for us to plant our trees isn’t really that a-okay.
